Recruiter

At Vintti, the Talent & Operations Analyst is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role involves developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, providing analytical recruiting reports, and working closely with the Sales team to deliver top talent to clients. The analyst will design and implement the overall recruiting strategy, develop and update job descriptions, perform job and task analysis, prepare recruitment materials, post jobs, screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess applicants, onboard new employees, and monitor HR recruiting best practices.

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in recruiting

- Advanced English level (C1) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields - Proven track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in the client-side environment - Strong organizational and decision-making skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
