📊 Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Workflow Management
- Orchestrate complex calendars, cross-functional meeting logistics, and executive
availability with precision.
- Manage inboxes using triage frameworks that prioritize urgency, strategic impact, and
stakeholder alignment.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, action logs, and follow-through plans to ensure high-quality executive engagements.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison across internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a professional, high-touch communication standard.
Operational Administration
- Own document management, knowledge management, and digital organization systems that promote transparency and rapid retrieval.
- Draft and refine correspondence, proposals, SOPs, and internal communications on behalf of leadership.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, KPIs, and commitments; ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Conduct research and prepare executive-level summaries that support strategic decisions.
Project & Process Support
- Manage light project coordination, including timelines, stakeholder updates, and task delegation.
- Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable process enhancements.
- Support cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring alignment with executive priorities.
Confidentiality & Compliance- Uphold absolute discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Adhere to company policies, data-security protocols, and compliance standards.
