💼 Position: Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting our marketing efforts, focusing on data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize our advertising campaigns. The candidate will work closely with various departments to drive growth and enhance our marketing strategies.
📊 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of marketing campaigns, including ad copy, bids, budgets, and audience segmentation.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations for client meetings.
- Develop and manage dashboards for tracking performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the internal team to identify key actions and recommendations for client strategies.
- Engage in keyword research, ad copywriting, and creation of new ads and assets.
- Configure and analyze split tests and A/B tests.
- Manage and execute a backlog and roadmap for client projects.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a B2C or B2B customer acquisition role. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. - Proficient in using Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, LinkedIn, and Google Sheets. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Hands-on experience with search, shopping, and paid social marketing. - Ability to work autonomously and maintain accountability.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Experience in both agency and in-house marketing roles. - A background in finance or a related analytical field. - Familiarity with Asana for project management.
- Google Ads certifications. - Ability to tell stories with data and present quantitative changes effectively.
