💵 Compensation: $1,500–$2,800USD/month

⏰ Schedule: Full - Time

We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic, tech-driven team. This is not a traditional bookkeeping role — you’ll be working closely with AI-powered tools to review, correct, and validate accounting data, ensuring accuracy across reports and datasets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience (advanced students may also be considered), strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You’ll collaborate with both accounting and engineering teams, while reporting to a senior team member.

• Review, correct, and validate accounting outputs generated by AI tools.

• Perform reconciliations, manual accounting tasks, and error checks

• Validate bank statements and other financial data, ensuring accuracy

• Support with preparing and converting reports in Excel and PDF formats.

• Participate in daily/weekly team stand-ups and communicate task progress effectively

• Test AI chatbots/models to ensure accurate accounting-related responses.

• Maintain clear documentation of tasks and findings.

• Take ownership of assignments, delivering accurate results on time.

• Contribute proactive ideas and improvements to optimize workflows.
  

• 3–5 years of accounting experience (or strong junior candidates / advanced students in Accounting or Finance)

• Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills; comfortable with PDFs.

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to spot and fix errors

• Clear and effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Ability to work in US Eastern Time Zone (EST).

• Personal laptop for work.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or other ERPs

• Experience with Slack or other communication tools.

• Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or tech-driven accounting environments.

• Proactive, creative, and open-minded mindset.
