E-commerce Manager (2)

📍Location: Latin America (100% Remote)

💰 Salary: 1500 - 2000 USD (Independent Contractor)

Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced E-commerce Catalog Manager to take full ownership of their Walmart, Shopify, Temu, Target & Shein operations. In this role, you will manage and optimize product listings and catalog operations across these mentioned platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize product listings and catalog operations across Walmart, Shopify, Temu, Target & Shein. - Handle orders(MCF) and customer service on these marketplaces (including order-related issues, basic support, and coordination with internal teams where needed). - Reporting on the sales and other metrics

- Listing Optimization: Write, enhance, and monitor product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords,

images) to improve visibility and conversions.

- Inventory Management: Forecast, track, and adjust stock levels to avoid stockouts and overstock issues.

- Marketing Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to align promotions, advertising, and creative strategy.

- Compliance: Ensure all listings and practices comply with each platform’s policies.

- Competitor Research: Track competitors’ pricing, promotions, and listings and adjust our strategy accordingly.

- Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports, with data-driven recommendations.

- 3+ hands-on experience managing catalogs on Walmart and Shopify

- Experience with Target, Temu, and Shein is highly preferred.

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

- Solid understanding of marketplaces' rules and content guidelines.

- Experience handling orders and customer service on marketplaces.

- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets and ability to work with bulk files/templates.

- Ability to generate and interpret performance reports.

Nice to have:

- Experience with Home Depot and/or Lowe’s

- Experience managing catalogs on Amazon
