Position: Junior Recruiter

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Schedule: Flexible 40–50 hours/week (aligned with PST)

Reports to: Senior Recruiter / Founder Team

Salary range: $1000 - $1200 USD

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of candidates generated daily by the AI platform.
  • Conduct screening calls to validate basic qualifications and assess candidate fit.
  • Move candidates efficiently through the pipeline while keeping all records accurate and updated.
  • Execute outreach, follow-ups, interview scheduling, and pipeline communication.
  • Support special initiatives such as call campaigns, pilot projects, or process tests.
  • Review AI-generated matches and flag incorrect results or classification issues.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to prepare curated candidate shortlists.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, speed, and quality in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with U.S.-based roles or U.S. candidates.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong comfort with technology, ATS/CRM systems, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to work some days aligned with Pacific Time
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to execute repetitive high-volume tasks with consistency.
  • Willingness to conduct large numbers of outreach messages, calls, and screenings.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style work culture.

Additional Information

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or other roles involving heavy communication.
  • Background in high-volume recruiting or talent operations.
  • Previous experience in startup environments or agile recruiting teams.
  • Familiarity with AI recruiting tools, matching systems, or automated screening workflows.
