Location: LATAM (Remote)

Schedule: Flexible 40–50 hours/week (aligned with PST)

Salary Range: $2000-$2500

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full recruitment cycles for U.S.-based roles through an AI-enabled recruiting platform.
  • Evaluate AI-generated matches, validate candidate skills, and determine suitability for open roles.
  • Conduct interviews and deliver well-assessed, high-quality candidates to hiring managers.
  • Join client calls to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and offer strategic recruiting insights.
  • Act as a consultative partner to clients, including providing guidance or pushback when necessary.
  • Oversee candidate pipelines and ensure fast, accurate movement through each stage.
  • Provide continuous feedback to internal teams to help refine and improve AI matching logic and workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain precise documentation of all candidate interactions and decisions.
  • Work autonomously, prioritize multiple searches, and drive roles to successful hires.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience for U.S. clients and U.S.-based roles.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, agile environments such as startups or dynamic recruiting agencies.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to build trust and articulate hiring insights.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work some days aligned with Pacific Time (PST) to connect with U.S. candidates and clients.
  • High comfort with technology, recruiting platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit.
  • High levels of integrity, reliability, and independence.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple industries (tech, commercial, operations, etc.).
  • Background combining both agency and internal recruiting.
  • Experience improving recruiting tools, workflows, or contributing to product development.
  • Exposure to high-volume or multi-role recruiting environments.
