💼 Position: Accounting / FP&A Manager

📍 Location: Remote (Mexico and Colombia)

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, between 6:00–18:00 Central / Eastern Time

💵 Compensation: $2,500 – $3,000 USD / month

📋 Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Accounting/FP&A Manager to lead our month-end close process and ensure accurate, high-quality financial reporting for our e-commerce clients. You will oversee a team of accountants, collaborate closely with CFOs on FP&A tasks, and serve as a key point of contact for client communication.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, addressing challenges and questions with confidence.
• Oversee a team of 3 accountants and bookkeepers, ensuring quality and accuracy in their work.
• Manage and close the books for multiple clients, adapting to each client’s unique processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, leveraging support from CFOs and team members when needed.
• Apply inventory management experience to ensure precise financial reporting.
• Perform detailed balance sheet reviews, identifying errors and ensuring complete accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent is highly desirable).
• Advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Experience working directly with clients.
• Strong understanding of inventory management.
