🧭 Role Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive FP&A Operations Analyst to join one of our client’s Finance Operations team. This role plays a key part in transforming how clients plan, analyze, and manage their financial performance.
You will partner closely with clients throughout their onboarding journey, gaining a deep understanding of their existing financial models, processes, and systems. Your mission is to elevate and optimize these workflows by implementing a modern financial planning platform and ensuring clients are fully enabled to use it with confidence.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of finance, data, and technology—integrating ERPs, data warehouses, and complex financial models—while collaborating with management teams to future-proof their financial planning capabilities. You will also act as a cross-functional partner, providing insights that help shape product development, engineering improvements, and go-to-market strategies.
📊 Key Responsibilities:
Integrate new clients’ financial data, ERP systems, and existing tools into the financial planning platform.
Design and build best-in-class financial models to enhance and optimize clients’ current FP&A processes.
Lead client onboarding, training, and ongoing support, enabling clients to become power users of the platform.
Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance management.
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to identify opportunities and contribute to the development of new features and improvements.
Act as a trusted financial partner to clients, translating complex financial concepts into clear and actionable insights.
2+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, or Management Consulting.
Proven experience building full three-statement financial models from scratch.
Background in client-facing roles, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Ability to communicate complex financial and technical topics in a clear and simple way.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to dig deep into data and think from first principles.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and problem-solving.
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Fast learner with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
🌟 Nice to Have (Huge Plus):
Experience working in project-based environments.
Previous consulting experience.
Exposure to financial systems integrations, ERPs, or financial planning platforms.
