Location : Remote

Schedule : 7am - 4pm Arg Time / Thursday & Fridays off (NOT weekends)

Salary : 1000 - 1100usd per month

Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join the team and act as a key link between guests and internal operations. This role combines customer support (approximately 40%) with coordination and operational decision-making responsibilities (approximately 60%)

The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication skills, a calm and proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. This person will work closely with internal teams (operations, cleaning, inspections) to ensure a smooth guest experience while following established processes and decision frameworks.

Key responsabilites:

  • Be the main point of contact for guests across Airbnb, WhatsApp Business, email, and other tools
  • Respond quickly and professional to inquiries while meeting platform response-time standards
  • Own conversations end-to-end: follow up until fully resolved (no open threads)
  • Coordinate daily operations: check-ins, early check-in requests, inspections, cleaning schedules
  • Make operational decisions within defined frameworks, and escalate when needed
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams (ops, cleaning, inspection) to coordinate actions
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and operational requests with strong attention to detail
  • Stay composed and effective during high-demand moments
  • Support continuity across shift handoffs and weekend operations (you’ll work weekends; your days off are Thu/Fri)

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 2–3 years in Customer Support / Customer Service / guest-facing roles
  • 2+ years coordinating tasks or working closely with operations teams
  • Fluent Spanish + English (written & spoken)
  • Strong written communication (empathetic, clear, professional)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple chats/tasks at once and prioritize fast
  • Comfortable with messaging tools, booking platforms, and task management systems
  • Able to work 7 AM–4 PM Argentina time, aligned with European time zones
  • Proactive, responsible, solution-oriented mindset

Additional Information

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Airbnb and WhatsApp Business

  • Background in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals
  • Experience handling escalations, sensitive situations, or time-critical ops issues
  • Familiarity with SOPs / decision trees / operational playbooks
