📝 Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) with 1–2 years of sales experience to join our growing team. This role is key to driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting the sales pipeline. If you’re proactive, organized, and enjoy building relationships, this role is for you.
🛠 Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new sales leads through multiple outreach channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and position solutions effectively.
Partner with the sales team to design and execute outreach strategies that support pipeline growth.
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
📋 Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a sales or business development role
Advanced English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities with high attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
