💼 Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

📍Location: Remote - Latin America

📝 Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help scale outbound prospecting and—most importantly—qualify leads for a growing field-service business. You’ll be responsible for turning existing data and lead lists into real conversations by executing consistent outreach across LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, while tracking activity and running disciplined follow-ups.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys high-volume outbound work, can handle direct, blue-collar prospects who may be abrupt on the phone, and knows how to stay persistent and organized. You will report directly to the founder/leader and have clear growth opportunities into closing roles over time.

🛠 Responsibilities
  • Execute outbound outreach daily via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.

  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads by identifying pain points, fit, and urgency.

  • Work from provided data and lead lists, and turn them into active outreach sequences.

  • Track outreach, calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in a structured way (CRM / tracking tools).

  • Follow up persistently across multiple channels to move prospects toward booked meetings.

  • Engage in client-facing communication, including joining or handing off meetings when needed.

  • Provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, objections, and what’s working in the market.

  • Manage outreach windows based on time zones (calls typically within 7am–5pm EST/CST).


Requirements

📋Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR, outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.

  • Proven ability to do cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach (LinkedIn + email).

  • Strong follow-up discipline, organization, and ability to manage pipelines/lead lists.

  • Comfortable speaking with blue-collar / field-service prospects who may be direct or abrasive.

  • A “shark” mindset: resilient, persistent, confident, and not easily discouraged.

  • Strong communication skills and professionalism in client-facing conversations.

  • Spanish proficiency (many customers are Spanish-speaking).

  • Bonus: a visible personal brand / social acumen (e.g., active LinkedIn presence, understands professional branding).

  • Ability to work independently and stay productive even with downtime outside calling windows.
