Account Executive

We are a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how general contractors manage their construction projects. Our platform streamlines estimating, scheduling, financial tracking, and jobsite management — helping contractors operate more efficiently and profitably.

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help us scale in the U.S. market. This is a full-cycle SaaS Account Executive position. You will be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound efforts, running product demos, and closing deals with general contractors across the U.S.

The ideal candidate thrives in outbound sales, understands SaaS environments, and can confidently handle demos, objections, and negotiations.

📓Key Responsabilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: from first touch to close

  • Conduct cold calls and outbound prospecting

  • Run tailored product demos for general contractors

  • Manage and nurture a pipeline of SMB prospects

  • Identify customer needs across estimating, scheduling, financials, and jobsite operations

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contract terms

  • Follow up with inbound leads from marketing, referrals, and trade shows

  • Track pipeline activity and deal stages in CRM

  • Collaborate with onboarding for smooth customer handoff

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets


Requirements

✅️Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years of experience in a SaaS Account Executive or similar closing role

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling B2B SaaS (SMB segment, $2K–$20K ACV range preferred)

  • Strong outbound sales experience (cold calling required)

  • Experience running live product demos

  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Ability to work full-time in EST or PST time zones

  • Ability to travel to the U.S.

Additional Information

  • Familiarity with contractor workflows

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM

  • Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, and virtual calling software

  • Strong Spanish communication skills
