Position: Administrative Assistant

⏰️Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 9 AM to 5 PM EST
📑 Role Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our team and support multiple attorneys in managing day-to-day operations. This remote role, based in Latin America, involves handling calendar management, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
📚️Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage email inboxes for multiple attorneys, prioritizing and flagging urgent matters.
- Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and interviews.
- Manage calendars and coordinate team meetings, including taking notes and following up on tasks.
- Communicate with clients and prospective hires via email and phone.
- Maintain and organize digital files and documents.
- Support internal communication and coordination across the legal team.

- Familiarity with iManage or other document management software.
- Prior experience supporting executives or legal professionals.
