Description
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager to own performance and growth across our Amazon catalog. This high-accountability position requires someone who thinks like a category owner, moves without being micromanaged, and has a proven track record of driving measurable results on Amazon. The role involves managing listings, advertising, profitability, and strategic positioning, working closely with internal stakeholders, and bringing solutions rather than just identifying problems.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (US marketplace)
- Deep expertise in Amazon PPC, including campaign architecture, bid strategy, keyword research, and ongoing optimization
- Strong command of key performance metrics: ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and profitability at the ASIN level
- Experience managing and optimizing listings end-to-end: titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords, and indexing
- Proven ability to improve ASIN ranking, visibility, and conversion over time
- Experience managing and thinking across a product category, tracking trends, competitor positioning, and making strategic recommendations
- High ownership mindset with the ability to follow through, not make excuses, and respond fast
- Ability to interpret written instructions and execute independently without hand-holding
Additional Information
Location: Remote — Latin America. Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST. Salary Range: $3,500–$4,500/month USD (based on experience). The company is a fast-growing consumer brand, a Top 100 Amazon Seller for 5 consecutive years, operating in a metrics-driven, high-ownership environment. Nice-to-haves include experience with tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, Perpetua, or similar, familiarity with Amazon DSP or off-Amazon traffic strategies, experience working with US-based brands or agencies in a remote setting, and a background in consumer goods, kitchenware, or household products.
