💼 Position: Business Development Representative (BDR)

📍 Location: Remote - Latin America

💵 Compensation: Base salary + comissions based on performance

⏰ Schedule: Full-Time - between 9:00-17:00 EST

📝 Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a specialized, high-trust team. This is not a traditional high-volume sales role. Instead, it is a business development position focused on thoughtful outreach, meaningful conversations, and long-term relationship building within a niche professional services market.

You will play a foundational role in a growing company, working directly with the Account Executive and Deal Manager as part of a close-knit 3-person pod. The right candidate will not only generate opportunities but will grow with the organization and potentially lead future Business Development efforts as we expand.

🛠 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage outbound marketing channels, including automated LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, and coordination with cold-calling agencies (e.g., GlenCoco).
  • Prospect potential clients and referral partners using platforms such as Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Initiate and nurture conversations with U.S.-based accounting firms, CPA firms, financial advisory firms, and wealth management firms.
  • Engage firm owners in thoughtful dialogue about both business and personal goals related to succession and exit planning.
  • Qualify opportunities and strategically hand off warm prospects to the Account Executive.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of outreach, conversations, and pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive and Deal Manager through frequent 1:1 and weekly team meetings.

Requirements

📋 Qualifications:

  • Strong English fluency (professional-level communication required).
  • Based in Argentina or Colombia preferred.
  • 3 + Experience in business development, strategic outreach, or consultative sales (not purely transactional sales).
  • Comfortable speaking with mature U.S.-based professional firm owners who may be skeptical of cold outreach.
  • Charismatic, conversational, and confident in guiding natural dialogue.
  • Able to ask thoughtful — sometimes personal — questions to build trust and uncover deeper motivations.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment and small team setting.
  • Proactive communicator who thrives in close collaboration.
