📝 Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a specialized, high-trust team. This is not a traditional high-volume sales role. Instead, it is a business development position focused on thoughtful outreach, meaningful conversations, and long-term relationship building within a niche professional services market.
You will play a foundational role in a growing company, working directly with the Account Executive and Deal Manager as part of a close-knit 3-person pod. The right candidate will not only generate opportunities but will grow with the organization and potentially lead future Business Development efforts as we expand.
