📝 Overview

We are hiring a relationship-driven Frontline Sales Account Manager to join a growing physician-owned organization specializing in medical-legal services. The company bridges the medical and legal systems by connecting attorneys, insurers, HR teams, and agencies with qualified physicians for evaluations, reviews, and expert testimony.

You will work directly with the CEO, become an expert in the company’s services, and serve as the primary point of contact for physicians during the final stages of the contracting process. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust with highly educated medical professionals.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Close warm and near-finalized contracts with physicians
  • Conduct Zoom meetings to answer final questions and address objections
  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with doctors
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for ongoing questions and follow-ups
  • Become an expert in the company’s medical-legal services
  • Manage and track contracts and client interactions
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO during onboarding and training
  • Maintain organized pipeline tracking

Requirements

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Closing, or Consultative Sales
  • Experience speaking with high-level professionals (doctors, attorneys, executives, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable being on Zoom/video calls for a significant portion of the day
  • Professional, warm, and relationship-oriented personality
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work Pacific Time hours (full-time)
  • Comfortable working directly with leadership in a growing company

Additional Information
