Position: BDR/SDR Location: Latam - Remote

Overview Join a fast-growing B2B nutraceutical and herbal ingredient company, providing pharmaceutical-grade adaptogens and functional mushrooms to supplement brands across the U.S.

As an SDR / BDR, you will identify, engage, and qualify supplement brands that are expanding their adaptogen, nootropic, or functional mushroom product lines. This is a pipeline-building role, preparing quali You will focus on targeted, strategic outreach, supported by CRM tools and clear sales playbooks. You are not cold-calling random lists—you are building real relationships with the right buyers in the nutraceutical and dietary supplement space.

Main Responsibilities

  • Research and build targeted prospect lists of adaptogen, nootropic, functional mushroom, and stress/sleep supplement brands.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualied meetings for the sales team.
  • Qualify inbound leads from brands exploring herbal, adaptogen, and functional mushroom ingredients.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot: notes, sequences, pipeline stages, and follow-up cadences.
  • Stay up-to-date on nutraceutical, herbal, and functional mushroom market trends to make outreach credible and timely.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership on outreach copy, sequencing, and ICP renement.
  • Track and report your sales activity and pipeline progress proactively in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

Requirements
  • 1–3 years experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or related role (U.S. market experience preferred).
  • High fluency in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: outreach must be personalized, concise, and persuasive.
  • Experience in health, wellness, herbal medicine, and the nutraceutical industries.
  • Comfort and condence on calls and video meetings.
  • Highly self-directed, organized, and accountable in a remote work environment.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, or other sales tools

Additional Information

Nice to have

  • Knowledge or strong interest in adaptogens, functional mushrooms, nootropics, TCM, or herbal wellness.
  • Familiarity with top functional mushroom/adaptogen brands (e.g., Four Sigmatic, Host Defense, Onnit).
