📑Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated SEM Account Manager to join our team. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns are optimized for success. This role requires a blend of deep SEM expertise, client relationship management skills, and proficiency with data analysis tools.


📚️Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing strategic guidance on SEM campaigns.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and campaign optimization.

  • Ad Creative Technology: Utilize ad creative technology platforms to design and implement engaging ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage Google Sheets/Excel to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, development, etc.) to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.


Requirements

✅️Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing SEM campaigns with a track record of success.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent communication and customer service.

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Familiarity with ad creative technology platforms and tools.

  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.

  • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to clients and internal teams.

  • Native English or equivalent

  • Availability to work 9:00 - 5:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time or Pacific Time
