We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused SEO Specialist with 3–6+ years of experience to join a fast-growing, high-performance agency environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable working within an already defined SEO strategy, executing tasks efficiently while identifying new opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with the internal SEO team, who will define the strategy, while you focus on prioritization, execution, and performance optimization.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment, takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and is constantly looking for ways to improve results. We value people over perfection — we are looking for someone who is hungry, reliable, and easy to work with, rather than someone highly talented but difficult to collaborate with.
Trial Period (Mandatory)
This role includes a mandatory trial period designed to ensure a strong mutual fit:
Execute SEO strategies provided by leadership, prioritizing tasks effectively and working autonomously within project management systems
Manage and optimize WordPress websites, including publishing pages/blogs and ensuring all on-page SEO elements are properly implemented
Implement on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, structured data, internal linking, H-tag structure, and image optimization
Analyze performance data using Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console to identify opportunities for improving CTR, CRO, and rankings
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements related to indexing, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals
Execute off-page SEO efforts, including directory listings, citations, and local SEO (GBP optimization)
Perform keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities
Support the creation and optimization of SEO-driven content with strong UX and conversion focus
Set up and manage tracking systems (GTM, UTMs, pixels) and ensure accurate reporting of key KPIs and conversions
Conduct SEO audits using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog
Monitor site performance, manage indexing, and submit updated sitemaps
Proactively identify missed opportunities or improvements during campaigns and communicate them to the team
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, design, dev) while maintaining strong communication around timelines and deliverables
3–6+ years of hands-on SEO experience (technical, on-page, and off-page)
Solid experience with WordPress, including publishing pages and working with SEO plugins (e.g., All-in-One SEO)
Experience using SEMrush (must-have), plus tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or similar
Strong understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console
Experience implementing on-page SEO and structured data
Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable improvements
Experience with technical SEO fundamentals (site audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals)
Familiarity with tracking setup (GTM, UTMs, pixels)
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and execute without constant supervision
Strong communication skills, especially around timelines, blockers, and expectations
Ownership mindset: takes responsibility and moves things forward without waiting
Low ego / high collaboration: team-first mentality, open to feedback, not defensive
Clear and honest communicator: sets realistic expectations and communicates delays proactively
Scrappy and resourceful: able to figure things out without handholding
Growth mindset: willing to learn new tools and adapt quickly (tools change frequently)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment (agency experience is a plus)
Able to handle ambiguity and pressure without becoming reactive
Naturally curious — identifies opportunities instead of waiting for instructions
Interested in leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and efficiency
You execute tasks efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
You communicate clearly and proactively — no surprises or missed expectations
You consistently identify improvements and opportunities beyond assigned tasks
You integrate smoothly into the team and contribute positively to the culture
You are reliable, accountable, and someone the team can trust
