Our client is a global alternative investment platform — film finance, spirits, real estate, collectibles and more. They operate a fund, 10+ SPVs and a specialty credit joint venture with ~30 active loans.

They're looking for one person to be the operational backbone of the entire business.

🚀 What you'll do

• Monthly multi-entity bookkeeping in Xero (10+ SPVs) + quarterly fund NAV
• P&L segmentation by business line and inter-company reconciliation
• Master loan tape management: maturities, covenants, collections and defaults
• Pre-investment diligence: documentation, UCC lien searches and credit memos
• Quarterly investor reporting, subscription processing and K-1 delivery
• Executive support: agendas, calendars and general coordination

🧩Must have

• 5+ years in fund accounting, credit analysis or loan operations
• US partnership tax mechanics (K-1, 1065, capital accounts)
• Multi-entity bookkeeping
• Proficiency in Xero or equivalent
• Experience tracking a loan portfolio
• Strong written English + Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
• Genuine autonomy — you don't wait to be told what to do

🌟Nice to have

• Background at a fund administrator, lending platform or alt investment back office
• Experience with UCC lien searches and Series LLC structures
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
