📣 Customer Service Representative | Remote | Full-Time

We're hiring 6 people to join our client's internal sales team. The role is 100% remote, full-time, and with immediate availability. 🚀

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls and emails with a focus on sales and retention
• Managing objections and refund requests
• Balancing phone and email coverage based on daily demand
• Working with tools: 3CX, Connective CRM, Gmail and Google Sheets

✅ Requirements:

• Fluent English — spoken and written 🇺🇸
• Experience in sales, customer service or retention
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment
• Self-driven and quick to pick up new tools
