🌟Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of our end-to-end recruiting process while also supporting our growth strategy by helping identify and attract high-potential sales agents.
This is not a traditional recruiting role. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and optimize the entire talent acquisition function from A to Z, while acting as a strategic partner to the business. In addition to hiring internal team members, this person will play a key role in recruiting entrepreneurial sales agents who are interested in building their own business with our support.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise, a sales mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills, with solid experience working in the U.S. market.
💼 Main ResponsibilitiesOwn the full-cycle recruiting process (A to Z): sourcing, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and supporting final hiring decisions.
Manage and optimize talent sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and new platforms when relevant).
Lead the recruitment of both internal roles and sales agents, focusing on candidates with an entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, continuously improving hiring processes and talent pipelines.
Ensure an outstanding candidate experience, representing the company brand with professionalism and strong communication skills.
Support onboarding and basic HR administration: documentation, NDAs, forms, compliance steps, and mandatory trainings.
Collaborate with managers throughout the interview process, ensuring they can focus mainly on final-stage interviews.
Use a strong sales-oriented approach to attract, engage, and “sell” opportunities to high-potential candidates.
Help identify and approach potential business-minded sales professionals, positioning opportunities as long-term growth paths.
Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through across all recruiting and HR-related processes.
3–5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a senior or autonomous role.
Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based companies and the U.S. market.
Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing - Screening - Interviewing - Coordinating assessments - Onboarding support.
Excellent command of English (professional/advanced level) — must be fully comfortable interviewing U.S. sales candidates.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter & Indeed.
High attention to detail, sales skills, strong instincts for people, and sound judgment.
Background in startups or fast-growing companies.
Experience working with or recruiting in remote, multicultural teams.
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not required).
Experience designing or improving recruiting processes and workflow
