Marketing Assistant

📍Location: Latin America (Remote)

🕒Schedule: Full Time - aligned with Central Time 📝 Role Summary: We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing administrative tasks related to social media and Google Ads, helping to streamline operations and enhance client interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in social media management within a supportive and dynamic environment. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and upload content on Sprout Social using pre-created materials from our copywriters and designers. - Manage social media inboxes for approximately 20 clients, responding to messages and comments using predefined scripts. - Engage with social media followers by liking, commenting, and maintaining the interactive aspect of our clients' social media presence. - Flag and escalate queries to the strategist when necessary. - Perform basic support in Google Ads management. - Utilize ClickUp for daily task management with the goal of clearing the inbox every day.

📋 Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media or digital marketing (internships or entry-level candidates are welcome)

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related fields.

- Ability to work within the U.S. time zone to ensure real-time interactions. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes. - Strong responsibility and commitment to daily tasks. - Tolerance for repetitive tasks and occasional negative social media interactions.

🌟Nice to Haves: - Google Ads certification or a willingness to obtain it. - Experience with Sprout Social, ClickUp, or similar tools. 🎯 Additional Information: - This role is primarily administrative and non-strategic, focusing on execution and management of tasks. - This role supports our strategists and does not involve direct client contact.
