    💡Reports to: Finance Team

    🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst with a strong focus on data and reconciliations. This role sits at the intersection of finance and operations — ensuring accuracy in weekly revenue reconciliation, partner settlements, and AR roll-forward reporting. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to maintain financial integrity and support decision-making through consistent, reliable data.

If you enjoy Excel, accountability, and analytical work — and you want to grow in a fast-paced environment — this role offers room to take ownership and evolve.

    🎯 Key Responsibilities

    • Manage weekly account reconciliations for multiple business partners, ensuring accuracy in amounts owed and due.
    • Calculate weekly settlements, identify variances, and escalate discrepancies proactively.
    • Create and maintain invoices based on reconciliation outcomes.
    • Prepare AR roll-forward reports and support weekly and monthly revenue tracking.
    • Clean, structure, and manipulate large datasets to support financial reporting.
    • Update spreadsheets, adjust formulas, and maintain evolving financial templates (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
    • Partner with internal finance to ensure timely collections (no collections work required).
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data flow and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements

    ✅ Must-Have Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in finance, AR, reconciliation, or data-driven financial roles.
    • Strong Excel proficiency.
    • Experience handling large volumes of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Advanced English and strong communication skills.
    • Self-starter with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Additional Information

    🌟 Nice-to-Have

    • VBA experience (not required, but a plus).
    • Hybrid finance + data background.
    • Previous experience in fast-paced or scaling environments.

    🧩 Who You Are

    • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
    • Curious and proactive — you don’t just process numbers, you understand them.
    • Motivated by accuracy and consistency.
    • A team player with strong communication skills.
    • Someone who enjoys improving processes and wants to grow within a company.

    📈 Growth & Opportunity

This is a foundational role with long-term potential. The right person will become a key contributor to the finance function, with opportunities to expand their scope and responsibilities as the operation scales.
