Data Entry & Operations Assistant (Junior)Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry & Operations Assistant to join our growing operations team.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn how a business operates from the inside. You will work closely with the operations team, supporting day-to-day processes, handling data entry tasks, and gradually gaining exposure to more analytical and operational responsibilities over time.

The role is intentionally flexible and evolving. As the company grows and processes are built and refined, you will have the opportunity to grow into the role, take on more ownership, and develop new skills in data, operations, and business processes.

We are not looking for an expert — we are looking for someone curious, adaptable, and hungry to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately within internal systems and CRM platforms

  • Support the team with updating, organizing, and maintaining data records

  • Assist in tracking invoices, payments, and operational data

  • Help maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and reports

  • Conduct data cleanup and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Support ongoing operational processes and workflows as they evolve

  • Assist in documenting and improving internal processes and systems

  • Collaborate with the team on new workflows, tools, and process improvements

  • Provide general support to the operations team as a “right-hand” contributor

  • Learn and gradually support basic data analysis tasks over time


Requirements

Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience (internships and initial work experience preferred)

  • Basic understanding of data entry, administrative, or operational tasks

  • Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (basic formulas, data organization)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to follow instructions and execute tasks consistently

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication skills in English
