📑 About the Role

Join a small, high-impact engineering team building a cutting-edge SaaS platform that's changing how Google Paid Ads work. Using AI and real-time intent signals from Google, the platform generates optimized ad creative at scale and deploys it into client environments — with daily optimizations running automatically.

As one of the early engineers on the team, you'll have broad ownership across the full stack, work directly with the tech lead, and touch many parts of the product from day one. 🔑Key Responsibilities

• Develop features across the full stack: databases, APIs, back-end services, and front-end interfaces.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and automation tools.
• Write performant, reliable code using agent-assisted TDD practices.
• Contribute to the development and testing of user-facing AI systems.
• Build reusable components, refactor existing code, and participate in peer code reviews.
• Interact with BigQuery and other data warehouse technologies; write and optimize queries as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other stakeholders.
• Write clear documentation and self-documenting code.

⭐Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Ads, paid search platforms, or ad tech.
• Python experience (used for scripting and some back-end work).
• SaaS platform development background.
• Knowledge of design systems and working with designers on front-end experiences.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or large-scale data warehouse optimizations.
• Mac / Unix development environment (preferred).

✅Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Computer Science fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, and system design. BS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript — Node.js on the back end, React or Angular on the front end.
• Experience with databases — BigQuery, RDBMS/data warehouses; familiarity with NoSQL and Redis is a plus.
• Solid grasp of software architecture — microservices, API design, encapsulation, reusable components.
• AI-assisted development mindset — you use tools like GitHub Copilot or similar to move faster, but your engineering judgment drives the work.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) — written and oral. You'll collaborate with English-speaking stakeholders throughout the day.
