Job Title: Senior Institutional Equity Sales Role Summary: We are a diversified financial services firm seeking an experienced Institutional Equity Salesperson to expand our global program trading and algorithmic execution business. This high-impact role is designed for a candidate who understands trading workflows and can confidently discuss execution strategy, market structure, and performance measurement. You will have direct responsibility for new business development and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a strategy to originate and convert new institutional clients. - Drive growth in global program trading and algorithmic execution, including non-U.S. markets. - Engage clients on market structure, liquidity, execution venues, and trading strategy. - Leverage Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) to support performance discussions and strengthen client relationships. - Manage and grow assigned accounts with a high level of responsiveness. - Partner with trading and internal teams to deliver coordinated client coverage. - Support RFPs, due diligence, and industry engagement.

Requirements

Requirements: - 8+ years of institutional equity sales experience. - Proven experience selling trading services in non-U.S. markets. - Strong knowledge of market structure, execution venues, and algorithmic strategies. - Comfortable analyzing and discussing TCA and execution benchmarking. - Demonstrated success sourcing and closing new institutional relationships. - Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and drive. - Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems. - SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 required upon hire. - Willing to travel up to 25 percent. Nice to Haves: - Experience with CRM systems like Zoho. - Established relationships with clients from previous roles. - An energetic and enthusiastic personality with a strong drive and "fire in the belly" for sales.
