About the role

A fast-growing US-based AI tech company is scaling its sales team fast. With 1,500+ warm inbound leads ready to be contacted, they need driven SDRs who can pick up the phone and run with it.

This is a high-volume, performance-driven role. No chasing cold leads in the dark. The leads already know the company. The job is to call, qualify, and book meetings for the closing team. If you're hungry, coachable, and can stay disciplined with volume, there's real money to be made here and a clear path to promotion.

What you'll do

→ Make 100+ outbound calls per day to warm inbound leads using a dialing system

→ Qualify prospects and book discovery meetings for the sales team

→ Log all activity and outcomes in the CRM (GoHighLevel)

→ Go through a structured 3-day onboarding with direct training from leadership

→ Hit daily call volume targets and weekly meeting-booked goals

What we're looking for

→ Strong English communication skills

→ Discipline and consistency: ability to commit to 100 calls a day, every day

→ Hunger to earn and grow: motivated by performance, not just a paycheck

→ Coachability: follows the process, internalizes feedback, and improves fast
