📊 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client credit usage patterns and develop strategic plans to promote credit utilization.
• Map out client journeys across email communication and our customer portal.
• Design and execute monthly customer emails and other communication strategies.
• Develop and implement AI tools to identify opportunities and assist account strategists.
• Collaborate with the Director of Client Success to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously experiment with new ideas and prototypes to improve client engagement.

✅️ Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing or customer marketing.
• Strong skills in journey mapping and client experience design.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Customer.io, or similar CRM tools.
• Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Familiarity and comfort with AI tools for marketing automation.
• Demonstrated initiative and curiosity in exploring new marketing strategies.
