💼 Position: Fractional Controller with Technological Acumen

📍Location: Remote (Mexico and Colombia)

⏰ Working Hours: Full-time, between 6:00–18:00 Central / Eastern Time

This role requires an accounting professional who is adept at leveraging technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide insightful financial management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong accounting background, a passion for technology, and the ability to manage client relations effectively.

✅Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting by the 5th day of the following month.
• Collaborate with junior staff to optimize accounting workflows using technological solutions.
• Engage with clients to provide comprehensive financial management and advisory services.
• Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and their applications in finance.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation tools to enhance accounting efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in leveraging technology for financial processes.

🎓Requirements

• Strong background in accounting with a proven track record in financial management.
• Enthusiasm for technology and a proactive approach to learning and implementing new tools.
• Excellent client management skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and take ownership of projects.
