We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team.
In this role, you will support a wide range of operational activities across the business, including CRM management, software fulfillment, invoicing, reporting, data reconciliation, and operational support. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure information is accurate, business processes run efficiently, and key operational tasks are completed successfully.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, solving operational problems, and supporting a growing business through accurate analysis and execution. As a small and growing company, we are looking for someone who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute across multiple areas of the business.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an international team of professionals and gain exposure to many aspects of business operations, technology, and data management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Support software fulfillment, invoicing, payment tracking, and other operational processes
Build, maintain, and update Excel reports, trackers, and operational spreadsheets
Organize, validate, and reconcile information from multiple business data sources
Analyze operational data to identify inconsistencies, missing information, and areas requiring attention
Create recurring reports and support ad hoc reporting requests
Maintain accurate records across internal systems, spreadsheets, and business documents
Collaborate with the team to support day-to-day operations and business initiatives
3+ years of professional experience in Operations, Business Operations, Data Operations, Administrative Support, Analytics, or similar roles
Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Experience working in a SaaS, software, or technology company
Experience supporting invoicing, billing, or financial operations
Experience working with customer, operational, or financial datasets
Exposure to data reconciliation and reporting activities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities

Proven ability to work successfully in a remote environment
