  • Collaborate with the data team to connect sources, move information between systems, and keep everything running reliably
  • Evangelize automation and AI across the company to reduce manual work in as many areas as possible
  • Own what you build, no approval committees

Requirements

Requirements

  • University degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or a related field with a strong technical-analytical component
  • At least 1 year of experience in data, automation, operations, or related roles
  • Professional-level English: written and spoken (required for daily interaction with a U.S.-based team)
  • Hands-on experience with Claude or other generative AI tools applied to workflows or code
  • Systemic thinking: ability to see a complex process, understand its parts, and design how to improve it before executing
  • High level of agency and autonomy
  • Technical proficiency to understand and review code, ensuring best practices in everything that gets built

Additional Information

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and/or BigQuery
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools (Zapier, Clay, Make, etc.)
  • Experience in startup environments or roles with high autonomy
