🗓️ Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team.In this role, you will support a wide range of operational activities across the business, including CRM management, software fulfillment, invoicing, reporting, data reconciliation, and operational support. You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure information is accurate, business processes run efficiently, and key operational tasks are completed successfully.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, organizing information, solving operational problems, and supporting a growing business through accurate analysis and execution. As a small and established company, we are looking for someone who can work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and contribute across multiple areas of the business. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside an international team of professionals and gain exposure to many aspects of business operations, technology, and data management

📊 Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Operations and Operations Manager to support day-to-day operations and business initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to effectively invoice new and existing customers
  • Provision and deliver customer software using company web portal
  • Capture customer invoice and payment data using CRM tools and internal reports
  • Assist with other operational tasks and processes (e.g., tax calculation and reporting, financial analysis, and royalty payment processing)

Requirements

✅️ Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations (including order fulfillment and data analytics)
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms)
  • Previous experience working successfully in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
