Senior Salesforce Developer
Overview
Our client is a well-established home improvement company based in Dallas, TX, specializing in the sale and installation of windows and doors. They manage the full customer cycle, from marketing and in-home estimates to product procurement, warehousing, and installation, serving approximately 1,250 residential and commercial clients per year.
Salesforce is the central engine connecting all their business processes. The company is looking for someone who takes the time to deeply understand how the business works, cleans up and optimizes their Salesforce org, connects their tools, and helps incorporate AI where it creates real efficiency.
This is not a consulting gig, they want someone fully dedicated and committed to their team for the long term.
💪🏻Main Responsibilities
**Priority 1
- Salesforce Development & Administration**: Audit and clean up the current Salesforce org: remove duplicate fields, unused flows, and legacy configurations.
- Develop custom solutions in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) tailored to the company's actual business processes.
- Maintain and evolve the CRM to meet both current and future business needs.
- Become the internal Salesforce authority
- understanding the company's workflows better than anyone.
- Define and implement a sound architectural approach for data flow across all connected systems (QuickBooks, HubSpot, PandaDoc, and others).
**Priority 2
- Business Integrations**: Manage integrations across the full tech stack: HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, PandaDoc, Bill.com , Ramp, NiceJob, Rilla, and Zapier.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly when they arise.
- Propose and implement new connections that eliminate manual work and reduce operational friction.
- Ensure seamless, reliable data flow from first customer contact through to final invoicing.
**Priority 3
- AI & Forward-Thinking IT**: Identify concrete opportunities to incorporate AI into business processes (e.g. inbound call filtering, follow-up automation).
- Implement practical, real-world AI solutions
- not experimental ones.
- Support general IT initiatives and internal tech support as needed.
