Senior Acccountant

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Accounting Professional to join our team. This individual will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, adapting to their unique needs with minimal ramp-up. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes and be ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

• include managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service, performing full accounting cycles including month-end close and financial statement preparation, utilizing platforms such as ADP, Gusto, Paycor, and Paycom for payroll journal entries, expanding and managing the use of Bill.com for applicable clients, and ensuring compliance with cash, accrual, and modified accrual accounting methods as per client requirements.

• Proven experience in managing a portfolio of clients in a public accounting or client accounting services environment.- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and ability to perform related tasks with minimal supervision.- Familiarity with payroll systems, specifically ADP and Gusto, and ability to work independently with these platforms.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to switch between various clients and industries seamlessly.- Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

CPA certification or equivalent qualifications are nice to have. Experience with multi-entity structures and familiarity with a wide range of industries are also desirable. This role reports directly to our senior management and requires someone who can work independently, managing the entire accounting function for our clients. The position is open to candidates from LATAM and requires immediate availability. We prioritize finding the right candidate who aligns with our business needs and can contribute significantly from day one.
