• Remote (LatAm) Type: Full-time Reports to: CFO About the Company Our client is a fast-growing education group in the health sciences space, operating graduate academic programs and an AI/ML-powered analytics platform for student performance. The organization generates ~$100M in annual revenue and operates across multiple legal entities and international campuses, including an affiliated nonprofit research institute.

The Opportunity Their finance and accounting team is growing fast but still runs many processes the "old school" way, manually, in Excel, outside of their ERP. The CFO and a small group of finance leaders know exactly what they want to automate, but don't have the bandwidth to build and maintain it themselves. We're looking for someone who can own AI-powered workflow automation for finance and accounting, turning manual, repetitive Excel-based processes into reliable, repeatable systems built with Claude (or similar AI tools).

This is not an engineering role. It's a role for someone who is fluent in AI workflow-building, comfortable working with datasets, and confident enough to work directly and efficiently with a CFO.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows (primarily Claude; but the company is tool-agnostic: OpenAI, Power Automate, etc. also welcome) for reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entry and eliminations quality checks
• Take use cases defined by finance subject matter experts and own them end-to-end
• Work with data stored in Excel/OneDrive
• Help build an AI knowledge base for compliance/accreditation documentation What you bring
• 1.5–4 years of hands-on experience building real AI workflow automations (Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Power Automate, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating and validating data in Excel
• Fluent English required, you'll work closely and directly with the CFO
• Native Spanish is a nice to have
• Excellent, concise communication skills
