We’re looking for a highly technical, hands-on finance professional to join our team as a Financial Modeling Specialist.
In this role, you'll be responsible for building, reviewing, and improving complex end-to-end financial models used by sophisticated professional audiences, including Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, and more.
You'll work directly with leadership, taking ownership of projects from first principles through to a fully functioning model. 📊 Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling
- Develop, maintain, and optimize full financial models (integrated IS/BS/CF) across areas such as:
- Corporate Finance
- Private Equity / LBO
- Investment Banking
- Valuation
- Risk
- Credit
- Quantitative Finance Modeling
Advanced Analysis
- Build and validate advanced modeling components, including:
- Revenue builds
- Detailed growth drivers
- Scenario and sensitivity analysis
- Capital structure analysis
- Cost of capital calculations
Model Review & Optimization
- Review, stress-test, and improve complex financial models and exercises created by internal teams and external experts.
Content & Problem Design
- Design and solve real-world financial problem sets for the platform, ensuring:
- Technical depth
- Accuracy
- Internal consistency
- Clear pedagogical value for users
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with finance experts and developers to ensure model integrity, scalability, and proper documentation.
Ongoing Support
- Provide operational support on financial content, including:
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Debugging
- Continuous refinement and optimization of models
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience designing or reviewing technical case studies or modeling assessments for hiring, training, or educational purposes.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
- Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Experience mentoring or leading analysts and associates.
- Familiarity with programming, automation, or data tools that interact with financial models.

- Pure bookkeeping or small-business accounting profiles.
- Generic finance profiles with little specialization.
- Candidates who have only worked with pre-built templates and have not owned full model construction.
