🧳 Position: Financial & Accounting Project Manager

• Mexico & Colombia (Remote)

🗓️ Role Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Project Manager to support our project finance team across vehicle titling, compliance, and a variety of ad-hoc operational projects.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders, track outstanding items and deadlines, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Depending on the project, this person may own specific workstreams or manage projects end-to-end.

This role requires someone who can work independently, identify gaps and potential issues, proactively communicate progress, and escalate when support is needed. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand assigned processes and begin contributing with minimal onboarding.

📊 Key Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects, workstreams, or tasks from initiation through completion, depending on the scope of each project.
• Proactively follow up with internal and external stakeholders to obtain documents, information, approvals, and other outstanding items.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and open items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.: Identify gaps, roadblocks, or potential delays and proactively propose solutions or escalate issues when needed.
• Provide timely and proactive status updates to relevant team members without requiring follow-up.
• Communicate confidently with external stakeholders, including DMV representatives, lenders, counsel, and other parties.

✅️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in project management, project coordination, operations, or a related field, preferably with a background in finance or accounting.
• Highly proactive and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to independently identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Advance level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, identify problems, and proactively determine next steps.

• Experience with vehicle titling, DMV processes, compliance, or documentation-heavy processes.
• Experience using project management, task tracking, or workflow management tools.
