📝 Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Accountant with strong hands-on experience in financial reporting and general ledger accounting. This person will be responsible for preparing financial statements and supporting schedules, analyzing financial fluctuations, and ensuring accurate and compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly independent, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks, learn quickly, and apply feedback with minimal supervision.

📊 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
• Perform financial reporting and GL accounting activities.
• Prepare and review journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results and prepare variance analyses, identifying and explaining significant fluctuations.
• Review GL activity to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Apply US GAAP or IFRS principles to financial reporting and disclosures.
• Support tax equity partnership reporting and other complex accounting matters.
• Serve as a key point of contact during external audits.
• Work with financial reporting systems and ERP platforms to support accurate and timely reporting.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and resolve accounting/reporting issues independently.

✅️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of relevant accounting experience, with strong exposure to financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience preparing financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, and schedules.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Experience performing variance analysis and explaining financial fluctuations.
• External audit experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, digest feedback, and apply it to future work.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Experience in public accounting, particularly with a Big 4 firm is preferred
