Description

Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – B2B SaaS Working

Schedule

  • Full-time | Remote

Location

  • Latin America (100% remote)

Role Summary

Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company offering a high-performance cloud platform for mobile app testing, trusted by engineering teams at well-known consumer tech brands. It lets mobile teams run full Android and iOS UI test suites in minutes, with no device labs to maintain.

We're looking for a hands-on SDR to identify technical buyers, run personalized outbound campaigns, and build a predictable pipeline. This is not a high-volume, copy-and-paste SDR role. You'll research mobile-first companies, find engineering and QA leaders facing slow or unreliable mobile testing, and start meaningful conversations with them.

Who You'll Be Talking To

  • CTOs and VPs of Engineering
  • Heads of Mobile Engineering
  • QA, Test Automation, and Quality Engineering leaders
  • DevOps and Platform Engineering leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Build targeted account and lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Research each account's tech stack, mobile apps, engineering team, and hiring signals.
  • Create personalized multichannel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone) based on real pain points: slow CI pipelines, flaky UI tests, costly device infrastructure, delayed releases.
  • Qualify prospects by team size, testing framework, test volume, technical fit, urgency, and buying authority.
  • Book qualified discovery calls and demos.
  • Manage sequences, tasks, pipeline, and records in HubSpot.
  • Re-engage inbound leads, free-trial users, and past opportunities.
  • Track performance and continuously improve messaging and targeting.
  • Work directly with the founders and engineering team on discovery and account strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as an SDR/BDR in B2B SaaS (must).
  • Proven track record booking qualified meetings (share your numbers).
  • Experience selling to technical or engineering audiences .
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub .
  • Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills (Boolean search, account lists, saved searches, alerts).
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to write concise, natural, highly personalized outreach.
  • Comfortable working independently in a founder-led environment.

Certifications

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Software and HubSpot Inbound Sales (can be completed within the first 30 days).

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling developer tools, CI/CD, cloud, DevOps, or testing products (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.).
  • Familiarity with mobile testing tools (Espresso, XCUITest, Appium, Firebase Test Lab).
  • Experience selling to US mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, or Lusha.
  • Experience with product-led growth or free-trial SaaS.

What Success Looks Like

  • At least 2 qualified meetings booked and attended per week.
  • Strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion.
  • Clean, complete HubSpot data.
  • Relevance and conversion over volume.

What We Offer

  • Sell a proven technical product used by top mobile teams.
  • Work directly with founders and engineers.
  • Base salary plus performance-based commission.
  • Growth path to AE, Partnerships, or Sales Ops.

If you're an SDR who enjoys researching accounts and starting real conversations with technical buyers, we'd love to hear from you.
