💼 Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

🕒 Schedule:

• Full-time, with core overlap from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time.

Role Summary

Our client connects content creators and their communities with local tour operators worldwide. We’re looking for a proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to manage accurate, timely payments to vendors, tour operators, and hosts, while investigating discrepancies and collaborating across teams.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor bills and prepare payments using Ramp and NetSuite.
• Validate operator invoices and calculate host earnings using Sigma reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with operators and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and improve payment procedures.
• Prepare payment batches for management review and approval.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR, or staff accounting.
• Experience with accounting software and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and critical thinking.
• Ability to investigate issues independently and learn new systems.

⭐ Nice to Haves

• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or Sigma.
• Direct AP and international or multi-currency payments experience.
• Accounting degree or relevant professional studies.
