Overview
We're looking for a Senior Accountant with a revenue / technical accounting background to review multi-year customer contracts and document ASC 606 conclusions. Ideal for someone who enjoys the technical side of accounting.
Responsibilities
- Review multi-year, multi-performance obligation contracts and document ASC 606 analysis using existing templates.
- Maintain the Excel revenue analysis and flag non-standard terms.
- Import data into NetSuite via CSV; support AR/billing.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany entries.
- Support external audit requests and partner with internal teams.
- Use AI tools to improve processes and research.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 3+ years of accounting experience (~5 ideal), incl. 1–3 years in revenue.
- ASC 606 under US GAAP.
- NetSuite including CSV imports; advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- BS reconciliations, AR/billing and audit support experience.
- Advanced English, written and verbal.

- NetGain products for NetSuite.
- Multi-entity / intercompany experience.
