Description

Position: QA EngineerLocation: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaWork Schedule: Hybrid - you'll be going to the office once a week.From 9 AM to 6 PM (Argentina time)
Position Overview:We're looking for a QA Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our client's fast-paced, collaborative team. You'll work with modern tools and frameworks to improve software quality and streamline testing efforts across their CI/CD pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform manual testing including functional, regression, and exploratory testing
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or similar frameworks
  • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Execute automated and exploratory tests, analyze results, and log defects
  • Contribute to test planning and QA strategy sessions
  • Maintain and improve existing test automation frameworks
  • Ensure robust test coverage through collaboration with product and development teams



  • Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing including manual testing
  • Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and processes
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Familiarity with agile development environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Advanced English level (C1)
  • Live in Buenos Aires province (to be able to go to the office once a week)
  • Additional Information

    Nice to have:
  • Experience with Playwright automation framework
  • ISTQB certification
  • Experience with JIRA and TestRail
  • Exposure to API testing and REST services
  • Understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containers
