Accountant

Position: Accountant with Netsuite

Location: Remote – aligned with US time zones (Pacific to Eastern)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Accountant to strengthen our accounting team. This role will focus primarily on cash and bank feed management, with additional responsibilities across reconciliation and expense management. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of accounting experience and solid NetSuite expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions and daily bank feeds in NetSuite.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile over 60 bank accounts.
• Perform month-end close procedures, focusing on cash and bank reconciliations.
• Support corporate credit card and expense management (Brex system – training provided).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• 2–5 years of accounting experience (sweet spot: 3–5 years)
• NetSuite experience required
• Strong knowledge of cash management and bank reconciliations
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-changing environment
