Description

The Billing and Customer Support Specialist will handle billing processes with precision and provide outstanding support to clients, many of whom are navigating challenging immigration journeys. The role involves managing and following up on pending invoices, outstanding balances, and payment reminders, providing constant support and assistance to clients with billing inquiries and financial obligations, maintaining accurate records of billing transactions and client communications, collaborating with organizations offering loans to assist clients in financial planning, leveraging technology to enhance the billing process, and acting as a liaison between clients and the firm to ensure clear communication and resolution of any billing issues.

Requirements

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

- Proven experience in accounting, particularly in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Previous experience in a professional office environment, ideally in customer support roles.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism.

- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel or similar tools.

- A positive attitude to contribute to a supportive work environment.

Additional Information

Location: Latin America (remote). Working hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM CST.

Monthly Salary: 1300 - 1600 USD.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the legal or immigration sector, familiarity with MyCase or similar case management software, desire to grow within the company and commit to a long-term career.
