    🚀 Position Overview

    We are looking for a consultative and client-oriented Account Executive to join our Sales team and lead relationships with strategic clients. This person will own the full commercial cycle—from the first intro call to contract closure and account follow-up—while ensuring a seamless experience in collaboration with our Operations and Account Management teams.

    The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, has strong negotiation and communication skills, and knows how to build long-term trust with international clients.

    🎯 Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, intro and deep dive calls, proposal negotiation, NDA and contract closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their talent needs and turning them into effective solutions with the internal team.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored commercial proposals, negotiating terms and costs with a win–win approach.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure top-quality candidate delivery, and with Account Management to guarantee smooth onboarding.
  • Track active accounts, identifying expansion opportunities and quickly addressing risks.
  • Document processes and updates in management tools (CRM, Notion, etc.) to ensure visibility and traceability.
  • Contribute to the continuous optimization of outbound and cold emailing processes alongside the Sales team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing and negotiation roles (Account Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar).
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (oral and written).
  • Skilled in presentations, negotiations, and building long-term client relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple international accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in Recruiting, HR, or professional services is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRMs, and outbound strategies is preferred.
