Location: Remote (LATAM) — strong overlap with U.S. Central Time (Houston)
Reports to: Founder & President
Start: Targeting early December 2025 (interviews in November)
Hours: Standard 8–5 CST; starting 7:00 a.m. CST is welcome to clear the Founder’s inbox before his day begins. Occasional support for after-hours events (logistics/day-of coordination).
This role is the Founder’s right hand, the person who turns warm relationships into repeat introductions, great meetings, and measurable pipeline. You’ll design high-touch partner experiences (dinners, golf, ballgames), run crisp follow-ups, and keep our calendar focused on the conversations that matter. If you love owning outcomes, writing sharp U.S.-style emails, and staying one step ahead, you’ll thrive here.
Growth path: For high performers, this position can evolve into a Business Development Manager role within 12–18 months, taking on more market-facing responsibilities and owning a book of partner relationships.
Map, segment, and prioritize referral partners (bankers, CPAs, wealth managers, attorneys).
Orchestrate personalized follow-ups (tailored notes, one-pagers/case studies, relevant resources).
Maintain a touchpoint cadence (quarterly lunches, event invites, thoughtful thank-you gifts aligned to partner preferences).
Track intros/outcomes; ensure next steps are always scheduled.
End-to-end coordination of small, high-touch events (dinners, golf outings, baseball games) and select virtual experiences.
Own logistics: guest lists/RSVPs, seat fills on cancellations, venues/vendors, swag, onsite details, and post-event follow-up.
Inbox ownership: triage and draft replies on behalf of the Founder; surface priorities 2×/day.
Calendar orchestration: keep the calendar full of the right meetings; protect focus time; say “no” gracefully when needed.
Travel coordination (when relevant) and light admin.
CRM selection & implementation (HubSpot/Salesforce/other): stages, fields, basic automations, reporting.
Keep partner/prospect data clean and current.
Support LinkedIn presence (content coordination in founder voice; basic analytics) and simple design tasks (e.g., Canva).
3–4+ years in roles spanning partnership/BD coordination, events, and executive support (professional services a plus).
Exceptional written English for U.S. business; able to draft concise, founder-voice emails in real time.
Inbox & calendar mastery with strong prioritization and the confidence to push back on unrealistic schedules.
Proven success running high-touch events and converting them into meetings and referrals.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar); comfortable configuring basics and migrating from sheets.
Fluency with Google Workspace; comfortable with LinkedIn (incl. Sales Navigator) and light design (Canva or similar).
Proactive, anticipatory operator who moves fast and sweats details.
Reliable CST overlap; able to clear the Founder’s inbox before his day starts and again mid-day.
Background in B2B/professional services (finance/advisory a plus).
Experience crafting one-pagers/case studies and simple email sequences.
Basic CRM analytics/reporting (dashboards, activity & conversion tracking).
Vendor management for swag/print and venue relationships.
Comfort with live writing tests (you’ll later help us run similar exercises internally).
Submit your LinkedIn profile and we will reach out to set a meeting.
