Sales & Marketing Support (Hubspot specialist)

Location: Latin America (100% Remote)

Compensation: USD (Independent Contractor)

Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM (EST)

Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven Sales & Marketing Support (HubSpot Specialist) to power the engine behind both our sales and marketing operations. This role combines systems management, campaign execution, and analytical reporting — ensuring every lead, campaign, and deal flows smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for managing HubSpot end-to-end, supporting digital marketing and sales initiatives, tracking performance, and providing insights that drive conversion and growth. It’s an ideal role for someone who loves structure, automation, and marketing storytelling — someone equally comfortable in data dashboards and creative campaign execution.

Responsabilities

  • HubSpot Management: Own HubSpot as the central CRM for sales and marketing. Maintain data hygiene, workflows, integrations, and automations. Optimize pipelines, lead scoring, and handoffs between teams.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns and email workflows. Manage audience segmentation, performance tracking, and ensure campaign impact on sales pipeline.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Build dashboards and scorecards to track key metrics (pipeline health, CAC, CPL, ROI). Analyze performance data and present actionable insights for growth decisions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Support, CRM Management, or Marketing Operations.
  • Proven experience and proficiency working with HubSpot (CRM, workflows, automation, reporting) - non-negotiable.
  • Excellent English communication skills — both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities independently.

Additional Information

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Analytics.
  • HubSpot certifications (Sales or Marketing Hub).
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper) for content or communication tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and CRM integrations.
  • Background in financial services, consulting, or marketing agencies.
