Description

😅 About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on Amazon Catalog & Listings Specialist to manage day-to-day operations within Amazon Seller Central. This is not a strategic or leadership role—it's a fully operational position where you’ll be deep in the backend and frontend of Amazon listings, ensuring catalog health, optimizing performance, and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You’ll be responsible for end-to-end listing management, catalog oversight, and data analysis, using tools like Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova. The ideal candidate has worked in a company that sells exclusively on Amazon, or where Amazon was the main sales channel.

💪 Key Responsibilities

- Amazon Listings Management:

Create, edit, and maintain listings with full backend and frontend control:
Backend: browse nodes, categories, product types, search terms, Buy Box optimization, listing suppression fixes.
Frontend: titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and images.

- Catalog Health & Maintenance

Monitor listing quality, keyword indexing, suppressed/stranded ASINs, and apply improvements regularly (at least every 30 days).

- Inventory Coordination

Collaborate with inventory teams to avoid stockouts/overstocks, manage restock limits, and reconcile discrepancies in Amazon's inventory reports.

- Tools & Analysis

Use Keepa, Sellerboard, and DataRova to track performance, pricing, sales trends, and profitability.

- Competitor Benchmarking

Monitor competing listings and adjust positioning (title, keywords, images, pricing) accordingly.

- Reporting

Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and follow-ups.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, with significant experience in designing for Amazon product listings
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Proven experience with 3D image creation and rendering.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous Amazon design work, including live links to product listings when available.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (C1)
- Understanding of e-commerce trends, particularly in the Amazon marketplace.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team set-up.
- Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

😊 Non-mandatory skills:

- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design optimization.
- Basic understanding of business and marketing principles to create designs that drive sales performance.
